By accessing or using the Vital Assist website (the "Site") or our remote healthcare virtual assistant services (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.
Who we are
Vital Assist ("we", "us", "our") provides trained remote healthcare virtual assistants to medical, dental, veterinary, and optometry practices in North America.
Service description
We match clinics with vetted virtual assistants and provide ongoing supervision, training, and operational support. Specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for each engagement are set out in a separate service agreement.
Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must have legal authority to bind the clinic, practice, or organization on whose behalf you are contracting.
- Our Services are intended for licensed healthcare practices operating in the United States and Canada.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
